Welcome To RVYSA

The Rio Valley Youth Soccer Association (RVYSA) is a Texas Not-for-Profit, 501c(3) Tax Exempt Corporation organized in 1983 for purposes that are charitable, educational and athletic, and includes the teaching of good sportsmanship, the educating of youth participants and adult sponsors in the fundamentals of soccer; the promotion of soccer through sponsorship of regularly scheduled youth soccer competitions.

RYVSA is affiliated with the South Texas Youth Soccer Association and the United States Youth Soccer Association, the official youth soccer organization for the United States Soccer Association. Over 5,000 boys and girls between four and eighteen years of age from around the Rio Grande Valley enjoy the fun and exercise of soccer each fall and spring.

The Edinburg Youth Soccer Club, McAllen Youth Soccer Association, Mid Valley Youth Soccer Club, Arroyo Youth Soccer Club, Rio Bravo Youth Soccer Club and the Brownsville Opportunity Youth Soccer Association are local Rio Valley affiliated organizations that constitute the members of our Rio Valley Youth Soccer Association.

SSU Fun Festival

The SSU Fun Festival is a great tournament for any recreational team. Low team fee, one day limits the expense for those teams who may be traveling, and it gives players a chance to experience tournament play in a great atmosphere.

Date: March 23, 2013
Location: Salinas Sports Complex - Corpus Christi
Recreational teams only U6 to U14. Open to all SSU and STYSA registered teams.
Fees: U6 = $40.00; U8 = $50.00; U10 = $50.00; U12 and older = $80.00
